You should understand that by placing an order, you accept the following terms and conditions:
General

Your contract for purchases made through this website is with Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd and you undertake that any and all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only unless otherwise stated
No contract for the sale of any product will subsist between you and Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd unless and until Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd accepts your order by way of an e-mail confirming that it has received payment in full for all the goods you have ordered. That acceptance will be deemed complete and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail). This confirmation e-mail amounts to an acceptance by Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd of your offer to buy goods from Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd or a 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd. This confirmatory e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract. You must check that the details on this confirmatory e-mail are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy of it. Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd wis on your personal or credit or debit card details to any third party. You undertake that all details you provide to Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods or services are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods or services ordered. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd as soon as possible. Your statutory rights are not affected (in particular see below as to your rights to withdraw from the contract) but otherwise all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable. You may also withdraw from the contract at any time after the product has been dispatched and you have received our email confirming your order but no later than 3 working days from the day after you receive the product by: Sending the notice of cancellation by email to : discount.leisure@btinternet.com ensuring that you quote your name, address and order reference number; Where you have already received the goods, returning the goods to Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd unopened together with the original invoice within 7 working days from the date that you received the goods.
Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd will then refund you the purchase price of the goods less an administration charge. Once Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited to Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd from your credit card in relation to your order will be re-credited to that credit card account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods you wish to return are received by Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd in the condition that they were in when delivered to you.
Liability
This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd do not exclude or limit any liability for (a) personal injury (including sickness and death) where such injury results from Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd’s negligence or willful default, or that of Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd’s employees, agents or subcontractors or (b) fraudulent misrepresentation. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 10 working days of delivery of the goods.
NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd website or for any products or services purchased from the Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd. Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased in respect of any claim.
Processing of orders
Credit and Debit cards are debited using a secure payment facility through PROTX before items are shipped by Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd aim to arrange shipment of all in stock items within 5 working days of receiving your order. Your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock. Some items may be unavailable and the current stock status is approximate. The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Title to any product ordered will pass to you once Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd has received payment in full for that product. If your delivery address is outside of the UK you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that ustoms policies vary widely from country to country; Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information. Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd tracks the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website. Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. When Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd does so, Discount Leisure (UK) Ltd will mention the fact on our home page (www.discount-leisure.com) All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms. TERMS & CONDITIONS: LOG CABINS
- Delivery is FREE to any UK mainland England and Wales. Extra charges may apply on some products/destinations (accessories etc. when buying separate ). After you place your order we check the availability of your log cabin or other goods in our stock in Essex, UK and confirm the delivery date. We are committed to getting your order delivered as fast, efficient and as safely as possible. All orders are acknowledged and you will be contacted prior to delivery.
- We will dispatch the goods only when the payment is cleared.
- We remain the right to make some changes on products without prior announcement.
- Please note Discount Leisure may change prices , models etc from time to time.
- Please bear in mind what wood is natural product which bereaves and can slightly change dimensions (up to 2%). That is why, some boards, especially starting from 50 mm, could slightly split by length or thickness. This is nothing to be concerned about and will not affect the cabin structure.
- Purchased products cannot be returned back if unpacked.
We strongly recommend to check all goods/parts in the moment of delivery and make a note if something is incorrect.
If you find any parts are broken please inform us immediately. We will change that part as soon as possible and do our best to get it to you in 21 days. Please fill in the checking list (which is together with the assembly instruction) and send it to us.
Base for the log cabins
All cabins require a flat level Base. We recommend a concrete base.
Treatment
Log cabins are not pre-treated due to the nature of their construction and therefore need to be treated within 2 weeks of installation. They will need to be treated with a micro porous wood stain. We recommend treating both the inside and outside as well as applying silicon in the outside joints for extra protection.
Hot tubs
If the cabin is going to be used to house a hot tub, ample ventilation should be provided to reduce the moisture inside the cabin. This also applies if you are going to fit a shower or any other source of moisture.
Insulation of log cabins
Generally the solid wall logs give very good insulation, however, if you use the cabin throughout the winter months the cabins can be insulated below the floor and above the roof. Double glazed windows and doors can also be purchased for certain models.
Trade and supply terms and conditions

Order is confirmed once the proforma invoice is issued and order number is given.

Order may be switched to other customers if the payments are not fully cleared within 5 days from the promised date of the availability in stock.

In case payments are not made or are delayed, the collection/dispatching might be switched to other customers.

We keep the right not to dispatch goods until the payments are fully cleared.

We keep the right to modify the cabins without additional warning (minor modifications).

Additional parts, windows, doors, etc - up to 4 weeks from ordering depending upon the cabin.

Missing/damaged parts will be replaced within 2-4 weeks.

If there are only a few parts missing or damaged - we won't take the cabin back - we'll replace the parts.

Some parts might be glued together (technical aspect of the production) - this also does not affect the strength and reliability of the cabin at all.

We don't supply nails or screws.

Some cabins, especially 50mm and 70mm cabins - some cracks might appear due to the thickness of the wood, and this is all-natural and does not affect the cabin strength etc.

Cabins are not treated. Treatment should be applied after installation.

Please pay attention to the stickers on the packages when storing and unloading/loading the cabin.

The packaging of the cabins should be checked once the cabins are delivered, in case there are some damages they should be reported within 1 days, otherwise we will not accept any claims.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: TRAMPOLINES
Please ring if you require a safety enclosure but your trampoline was not purchased from us. Other suppliers of trampolines can use different configuration of legs and therefore our safety enclosure may not fit. We are more than happy to advise you on this matter.
Procedures for customer problems
If a customer orders the wrong item/too big/too small etc., then our policy is we MUST be notified within 7 days of purchase to arrange collection at a charge of £75. This also includes handling costs. When we have received the item and checked it is in perfect condition for re-sale, we will contact you to discuss credit. (For smaller items, please contact us)
Any customer that contacts us with a problem will be asked to contact you first as we do need a fax or an email copy of your ORIGINAL order or our invoice number as reference. Along with the order we need a brief description of the customer problem and if available some digital photos sent to us. After this has been done we will endeavour to continue with the problem.
For any parts which are to be replaced under guarantee, carriage will be free of charge for the first 30 days.
After that, whilst under guarantee, any manufacturing errors will be replaced free of charge but the customer will be charged for the carriage cost.
Any parts which are NOT manufacturing error will be charged for the repair/replacement as well as any carriage costs incurred. Any complaint/enquiry will be dealt with individually to resolve that customers needs.
Please remember all covers are not under any guarantee.
Please tell customers NOT to open the box with a knife as they can cut the bed or pads inside. . Another common problem is when customers move the trampoline they often do not check the legs are back in the sockets correctly, this means the leg will pop out and go through the trampoline bed. This is NOT a manufacturing fault. It does express in the manual to check the trampoline before each use.
Trampoline Deliveries
Deliveries are made between 9 and 6pm Monday – Friday. (Maybe earlier or later). We cannot specify a time or give an ETA. If the customer has to go out then they MUST leave a signed note telling the driver where to leave the goods. The driver will leave these goods and take that signature as proof of delivery. Without this note or no one at home, we will have to take for a re delivery charge
For all orders we do require a telephone number of your customer in case of any problems. (Also please make sure the customer can get hold of you for any after care)
Please remember that our safety enclosures are designed mainly to fit our own trampolines. Please check with us before ordering an enclosure to fit another make of trampoline. |
